Admission to D.El.Ed. Course (Full Time), 2 Years

DURATION

The D.El.Ed. programme shall be of a duration of two academic years, which can be completed in a maximum of three years from the date of admission to the programme.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.

The reservation and relaxation in the marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as the the rules of the Central Government / Bihar Government whichever is applicable.

HOW TO APPLY

Option 1.: Online Mode

The eligible and interested candidates can apply Online by Downloading the online Admission Form on this page. After downloading the form, the candidate must fill all the necessary details in the downloaded form. Save the filled form using the save button in the Admission Form or press CLT+S or Save Option under File Menu. Email the saved Form along with all the documents mentioned below at the end of this page at contact@mpce.in

The printout of the form along with relevant documents must be sent at college address via post, courier or submitted by hand before the last date.

The candidates needs to check the official website regularly for the date of test as well as for the date of interview. If he or she misses any date, the college is not liable for the same.

Option 2.: Offline Mode (Preferred)

Admission Form for D.El.Ed. can be obtained from the Administrative Office. The eligible candidates needs to submit completely filled Application form along with required documents to the same office. The date of test and interview will be informed either through website or any appropriate communication medium.

Application received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect will be rejected without any prior notice.

ENCLOSURE WITH THE COLLEGE ADMISSION FORM

Attested photo-copy of all mark sheets.of Xth & XIIth.
Attested photo-copy of S.L.C./ C.L.C./ D.L.C.
Attested photo-copy of Migration certificate & Character certificate of Graduation.
Attested photo-copy of other activities, accomplishment, if any.
The candidate shall sign in all attested certificates.

REQUIREMENTS at the Time of Admission

Candidate has to bring all original mark sheets, documents & certificates for verification/ submission at the time of admission.
Five copies of recent passport-size colour photograph of the candidate.
2 Anti Ragging Affidavits (download link is available under Download Section)

FEE STRUCTURE

At the time of admission in D.El.Ed. Course, the selected candidate is required to pay course fee of Rs. 1,20,000.

The above charges are to be paid in the form of Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank to be drawn in favour of “M P College of Education” Payable at Madhepura.

NOTES

Admission into D.El.Ed. of any candidate is provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected in the form/ document submitted or the candidate fails to comply with the rules, regulations and other conditions laid down by the college in the Bye-laws as well as prospectus/website of the college.
Admission even after confirmation may be cancelled in case the candidate fails show satisfactory progress in studies as well as on the ground of misconduct in and out of the college.
In case a candidate fails to submit his/her required documents at the time of admission along with required fees, he will forfeit his/her claim for admission to the concerned course and seat failing vacant will be allotted to other candidates from the waiting list.
Special facilities for poor and deserving trainees will be made available to the extent possible.
Rules of eligibility are followed strictly. The college however reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
Minority candidates are given preferences over non-minority candidates in admission process.
All students admitted to the college shall have to sign a form containing the code of conduct which will be furnished to them by the office. Its violation in any manner beyond the code will justify their expulsion from the college.
In case of any dispute with the College/Management the District court at Darbhanga/Madhepura only shall have jurisdiction.
